I just finished this card for my nieces birthday. I used a bottle cap for the ladybug body, and cardstock circles for the wings and head. I attached the lady bug to a shipping tag with 3D foam squares. Tag was stamped with Fancy Pants Stamp from the Bella Brush set. Card is Scenic Route paper, and lettering is Karen Foster Snap-Stamps.

Too cute! I'm always saving bottle caps...now I know one more thing to do with them! It looks like there's something between the bottom of the cap & the wings? Something black? Bet your niece loved it!
